On consent of the parties, and upon reviewing the decision made with respect to this matter by the Federal Court of Appeal on June 5, 2000, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby allows the appeal and confirms that the goods in issue should be classified under tariff item No. 3920.62.00 as "Other . . . sheets, film . . . of plastics, non-cellular . . . Of polyethylene terephthalate".
